New Subiaco eclair cafe set to redefine Perth’s dessert scene

Perth’s first eclair cafe will bring Paris here and redefine how we think about dessert.

La Maison Des Eclairs or House of Eclairs will open on May 28.

The cafe at 27 Railway Road in Subiaco will have classic eclair flavors such as chocolate, vanilla, and coffee, and eclairs with exotic fruits, mangoes, lemons, pistachios, and berries.

“My sister and I lived in Paris for 20 years, and went t tea houses all over Europe,” she said.

“When we come to Australia, we notice that you have to order and pay, and then you can be served.

“In France, you get served, and you havood, and you relax.  is the experience we want to bring.”
